75 years FME

On 28 May, FME celebrated its 75th anniversary at the Louwman Museum. Hundreds of members, partners and associates came together to reflect on the significance of the Dutch technological industry and to look ahead to the innovations of tomorrow. His Majesty King Willem-Alexander was also present at the anniversary celebration.
At Museumplein, FME members presented technological solutions in the areas of energy, mobility, healthcare, digitalization and sustainability. Afterwards, the guests gathered in the Theater for the main program. Here, the role of technology in social and economic developments took center stage, and the Peter Wennink Tech Award was presented to LeydenJar.
The anniversary celebration concluded with a dinner in the Great Hall. During the dinner, FME chairman Theo Henrar was appointed Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau.
A festive day celebrating 75 years of technological innovation while also looking ahead to the future of Dutch industry.
