Our house rules

Cloakroom
Coats can be hung in the cloakroom. Backpacks (of any size), umbrellas, packages, bags, Nordic walking sticks and handbags larger than 30x35 cm are also left here. Free lockers are available. Suitcases and other travel luggage unfortunately cannot be accepted. The museum is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Photography and filming
Taking photos and videos is allowed in the exhibition spaces. The use of flash and tripods is not permitted.
Food and drinks
Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Refreshments are available in the museum restaurant; these may not be taken into the exhibition areas.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the museum.
Pets
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance and guide dogs. There are no facilities for accommodating animals.
Parking
Parking is available in the museum's underground car park and is at your own risk. Parking elsewhere on the premises is not allowed, except for vehicles higher than 200 cm and vehicles of visitors with disabilities (special spaces are available for these).
Emergencies
Stay calm and always follow the instructions of the staff. In case of an evacuation alarm, leave the building via the indicated escape routes. Elevators must not be used.
General
The objects on display may not be touched. Instructions from staff must always be followed. Parents, supervisors and teachers are responsible for the behavior of children and groups. Running, roughhousing and shouting are not allowed. Strollers and buggies are welcome. The museum is wheelchair accessible.
